Tomorrow is the first day of school. Yay!
First day of classes of the new year.
First day of Q3.
First day of my last semester at Darden.
First day of a quarter that I’m excited about EVERY class I’m taking (wait, can I say that?).
Oooh, oooh, wanna see my schedule!?
- Financial Institutions and Markets
- Faith, Religion, and Responsible Management Behavior
- Entrepreneurs Taking Action
- Creative Capitalism
- Introduction to Real Estate Finance and Development
Oh and then my Venture DBP (Darden Business Project) was approved. I’m pretty excited about that. It was my goal to leave business school with, well, a business plan. Applying for and getting a DBP approved was certainly a step in that direction. I’m grateful to now have something to keep me accountable—I have to produce an actual deliverable if I want to get credit for this class. Nothing like having my feet held to the fire (see previous post on “Procrastination“).
Lastly, stay tuned for all of the NAWMBA events going on in Q3.
Here’s to a robust third quarter.
