After 12 amazing and transformative years, I have decided to leave Caesars Entertainment. Last Friday was my last day. I have a ton to say but still don’t have all of the words. Lots of emotions (maaayyybe it makes it to a second blog post). The ONE that I’ll choose—for now—is “grateful”: grateful for all of the mentors, sponsors, colleagues, friends and family who supported me on my journey heretofore AND grateful for the beyond amazing opportunity and journey ahead of me (about which I will share in the near future). As has become one of my go-to expressions in my weekly videos to the team…”thank you, thank you, thank you”.
Aaaannnnnddd on that note…
I recorded weekly updates for the property team. Sometimes informative, most times fun (props, costumes, popcorn, and confetti were common occurrences because…me.), the videos were a way to increase communication, stay connected, and drive engagement. They were fun, effective, and the team came to anticipate the videos each week.
Final video here. Spent most of the 2 minutes and 29 seconds trying not to cry (unsuccessfully, as you will no doubt hear/see). So not my most eloquent. But…my most vulnerable.
Thank you @tropicanaac for letting me serve you for almost two years. Thank you @caesarsentertainment for providing the foundation and platform for the same.
Onward!
