$25,300!
That’s how much we donated to the Charlottesville-based Shelter for Help in Emergency (SHE). And by “we”, I mean the entire Darden community–students, peers, faculty, and staff.
The auction, held on February 19th, generated over 20% more proceeds than last year–a particularly significant increase given the economy and immediately preceding fundraising effort (see “Haiti Relief Campaign Goal Met“). This could not have happened without the extraordinary generosity of the Darden and Charlottesville community.
Well done, Darden.
