Post Card from Barcelona

My seven nights/six days in Barcelona were unforgettable.

As part of the course, we studied famous architects and artists who were innovators in their time. They broke from convention and did something different—often times controversial. Yet, despite their design choices, there was still strategy involved. We studied Antoni Gaudi, Pablo Picasso, and Salvador Dali. We visited churches, homes, museums, and medieval structures that were all artistic/architectural wonders. We debated the merits of everything we saw and we worked hard to draw parallels to the business world.

And…

We ate a lot. And had lots of wine.

And some of us—who shall remain nameless—did a lot of shopping (I think my AMEX melted).

And, I was even able to connect with my fellow blogger after the FC Barcelona championship league game we attended (pretty amazing!).

All in all, it was a great trip.

Now, time to get ready for our fourth and final quarter. But before that, a few pics from Barca.
